Driving Directions
The Library is located west of the Woodstock Square at 414 West Judd Street.
Judd Street intersects with Throop Street behind the Old Courthouse and Elks
Club. Note: do not turn onto East Judd Street from Rte. 47 - the
two Judd Streets do not meet.
What does it take to get a library card?
Any person who resides within the Rural Woodstock Public Library District
boundaries (within School District 200 but outside Woodstock city
limits) and who is 5 years of age or older may obtain a Woodstock
Public Library card by presenting a picture I.D. and proof of current
address (a valid driver’s license or state I.D., personal checks,
current utility bill, bank statement, apartment lease, etc.).
Children
under the age of 14 must have a parent or guardian present to sign
for their child’s library card.
