What does it take to get a library card?

Any person who resides within the Rural Woodstock Public Library District boundaries (within School District 200 but outside Woodstock city limits) and who is 5 years of age or older may obtain a Woodstock Public Library card by presenting a picture I.D. and proof of current address (a valid driver’s license or state I.D., personal checks, current utility bill, bank statement, apartment lease, etc.).
Children under the age of 14 must have a parent or guardian present to sign for their child’s library card.
